It looks so awful the colors are nothing alike and on top of that she refused to fix it stating there's nothing she can do for it. I asked her to get me in before my photo shoot and she just said she didn't have any appointments and made little effort to fix the situation. She handed me clarifying shampoo and basically wished me good luck. My mother in law likes her so I went with her but she absolutely has no clue how to handle blonde hair. I'm 28 and have been getting my hair done for 13 years now and never have I had some hack job dye my hair brown. I'm blonde, I've been blonde and she botched my hair. My hair is so mismatched, Im embarrassed to be seen at this point. I would have been better off never having it done at all.
