The ticket price was $20 which included a drink. I got there early to find a park. Parks around the Belmont Area is hard to find. I was lucky to find a meter parking space right in front of the Cafe. Doors were to open up at 6pm. I waited outside until 6:30pm before someone finally let us in. Ok, that knocked off a Yelp Gold Star. I walked inside there was a table where you give your name to check in and was giving a ticket for your drink. There was a menu for you to pick your drink and you could also purchase a slice of pizza. The cafe had real good vibes. There was a DJ playing some good music. The atmosphere was very chill and laid back. There were so many amazing talented poet in the place. Everyone who graced the stage that evening was phenomenal. I had been searching to find a live open mic poet jam. Even though it started off 30 minutes late. The staff was polite and was making sure everyone was comfortable. The drinks were good and well made. Even the founder of the cafe was behind the counter helping out the staff. The energy and mission of this cafe is something that is needed in every community.

There is plenty of seating in the restaurant, comfy chairs, regular chairs, and even a section for live music and a DJ. The coffee drinks are named after very well-known hip-hop artist. I ordered the Kendrick Lamar and it was very refreshing made with oat milk. We were greeted pleasantly and enjoyed our visit.

They get serious vendors to show up to these events and free pour booze and provide a ton of food. That sounds fun, right? The vendors are generally told that they will get exposure to triple what actually shows to the event. The crowd is generally not as "young, rich and fabulous as he sells either. Next problem, the venue normally front a subscription to be a part of LPYP and Joel offers to split the door fee. He'll throw the event, smiles and says, "I'll swing by next week with a check." For months he disappears, his story is weak and he starts dodging phone calls. It's funny that the only way to be paid is to bring up a lawyer. And here is some more great stuff. I recently had people show up to my venue for a LPYP event. We have not allowed that group or the weezel owner on premise for nearly a year. He was selling tickets to a fake event. ALL NEW LOW. It is a shame that there are people like Joel, it is a shame that I even have to give 1 star to write a review and it is a shame the Better Business Bureau only gave him a "D-" when he epically fails to live up to a single word he says.

What a calming space - both indoors and outdoors. There are plenty of tables to sit and do work. There are numerous outlets outside so that your devices will never die on you! The bar opens at 3pm. We were there earlier so we grabbed an espresso and enjoyed the sunshine. The patio is dog-friendly! I can't wait to go back this week and get some work done!

Got to visit Guild Row and their new LTO ("LIMITED TIME ONLY") which is a patio bar and restaurant…read more LTO features Po'Boy, Wine, Live Music and soft serve ice cream. This restaurant is only available for a limited time through the summer months of 2024. We were fortunate to attend an After Party Popup sponsored by Motorshucker with complimentary food samples and wine from Regalis & Cream. We were able to divulge in some yummy caviar (Regalis Ostera Noir) and oysters. In addition to some lite bites of salami, meats, cheeses and peppers. These all came from Regalis and were delicious. I would definitely like to try their full size charcuterie board this summer. I may even try to order some charcuterie meats and cheeses from Regalis. They were premium quality. LTO also had for purchase their full menu. We ordered the Catfish Po Boy and Kettle Chips. Very impressed with this sandwich. They did a good job of frying the fish and the hoagie bread was perfect. The kettle chips compliment the sandwich. The Raventos i Blanc was the favorite wine tasted on this occasion. Guild Row itself is very cute co-working space. Lots of tables, couches and comfy areas to work. This space serves also as a social club. I could see how combining the two are a perfect pair. The members only lounge had a full service bar: liquor, wine, and beer. Our evening was awesome. We enjoyed the sounds of the live music, the divine smells coming from the fire pit. Would definitely consider a membership as a person that WFH and will be on the look out for more opportunities to visit LTO (no membership needed).
