I ordered the vegetarian sweet potato burrito, medium spicy, large of course. It was an explosion of flavor, slightly sweet due to the sweet potato, but wonderfully balanced by the spicy burrito sauce and the salsa. I loved every bite of it and inhaled the whole thing in minutes. I'm still dreaming of it now. I also loved that there were so many vegetarian options. 3 or 4 - that was almost half the menu. I want to try them all!
The food is definitely five stars, but the staff, despite being super friendly, was just very slow. From the moment I entered, it took me a good 25 minutes until I had my burrito. It was crowded, yes, but the whole operation just seemed to be so inefficient. I wasn't in a rush, so it was ok, but I'll definitely keep that in mind for future visits. Of which there will be plenty!
