This place was an unexpected highlight!!…read more The pancakes was the star of the show - the chef in the kitchen is doing a good work, we even spotted the two workers in front chowing down on their shared plate of the pancakes - they were soft and really good. Chill atmosphere with people working at their tables with lit flowers in the ceiling, they have a really beautiful spot for being a cafe. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Nina without the avocado. I liked that, it shows that there was no problem to accommodate my tastes. It's something different than what we normally have for lunch/brunch and everything in between. They have bagels of the month on their board, that might help you with your choice. The staff was friendly and kind. I finished off with a carrot cake, oh my oh my! Tasty, not heavy on the sugar: it's served with a syrup that fits it perfectly. First the lady that was working was super nice to us and very helpful and even held it open a little longer for us as i told her i was eating next door. So what caught my eye was the donuts and the variety of kinds they have there and all the ones i tasted were delicious. The banana milkshake was supper yummmie as well and my coffee was hey well nice coffee. But overall its no Krispy cremes but it good enough with some unique but tasty combinations.

The coffee was good and the matcha latte was more almond milk with a hint of matcha. Still good. We did find a dead fly on the mint leaf. Overall it was a good experience and quite clean (apart from the fly).
