Now this is rather a bizarre place in a little village. We drove past once day to see and the car park (its big) was jam packed...no room; Friday is moule day
We booked for the next week. The car park was again full (cars and truckers, which is usually a good sign) as was the resto, inside, outside and big family tables under cover - we had the last table!
The menu is ridiculous...the set lunch is 4 courses for around 14€...and there was a bottle filled with plonk on the table which we didn't touch, not sure if it was included or not
We had the confit - it was ok; not the best, but value for money. Dessert was OK; coffee too. There was plenty of choice otherwise and everything looked pretty good
Service was efficient; it seemed as if virtually everyone was a local. Good thing we speak French fluently. And they checked the vaccination passe sanitaire which again was good
I think we would return in future, but maybe experiment more from the menu because the prices overall were very reasonable read more
