We had a bottle of Ch Larose Trintaudon (Bordeaux) since we figured we'd have plenty of Loire wines in the next couple of days. App was a terrine of foi gras. They gave us the website address and business card; as we had bought some nice things wanted to order more. I called and was hung up on, I called back and asked for help in ordering and was told no and hung up on a second time, arrogant and rude perpetuating the reputation that the French have for being unhelpful and rude. Wonder how you survive being so unkind to repeat customers, will take my business elsewhere and you should too!!! Have never experienced such condescending attitude, bad behavior should never be rewarded and is never ok....
