The atmosphere there is brilliant and puts the accent on the cultural life as well. Exhibitions, openings and concerts are organised on the premises and usually bring an eclectic bunch of people. On the more quiet nightsm it is good just to go there for a drink and a 'tartine', kind of bread slice, toasted and covered with the best ingredients. Most of the furniture are also for sale as well which adds a twist as you survey your surroundings to find the bargain A cool and interesting place to enjoy at anytime but especially now the terrace is out

Aperitifs and starters on the terrace overlooking the valley was wonderful, we enjoyed calvados-based beverages and a goat-cheese brulee followed by a melon puree. Dinner was an incredible plate of fois gras with sweet toast and honey followed by steak or bass. To accompany the protein was a pyramid of spinach and sauteed fresh vegetables. We enjoyed three separate dessert courses including a skewer of sweets, a chocolate ganache, and a fantastic apple soufflet (complete with a syringe of calvados). Incredible meal and service, would not change a thing.
