You just point at whatever is calling you. There was line, but the line moves swift. Is it strange that I get happy and excited when I meet fellow Filipinos. I find comfort in meeting them and it always feels like meeting family away from home. There was a group of them working at this bakery in Stoneham. They were all smiles and very welcoming to me the English speaker in this French speaking province. If you're in the Quebec City and you have your own car, I recommend a visit to Pascal and working off your carb loading with a walk through Jacques Cartier National Park.
