On September 21, I went to the gas station so that someone can help me to refund all the money I been wasting at that point, since they are responsible for the damage and the person who was attending said that he did not speak English, only Spanish, good luck, SPANISH IS MY FIRST LANGUAGE, once I start speaking Spanish He told me he did not understand what I was saying because he does not speak Spanish either. He didn't want to give me his name and he told me that the owner of the place wasn't there, so I have to come back on Saturday 24th, I came back and the place was closed. I spoke with agriculture, with whom I put a claim. But I already have 1 month without a car, and nobody answers me, the insurance because of this claim the payments went up to 200+ monthly. I drive a 2002 Chevy Impala and when the gas light comes on you have about 2 gallons to go and when it's about to run out it will flash and by the time I got to Polk Works it was flashing at me so they had obviously gone for a very long joy ride in it AND there was grease all over my steering wheel, door, and seat belt, but that's not what got me, it was the grease prints on my middle console handle and my glove compartment so now I know that they were going through my car. I will NEVER go back to them and will never recommend them for anything! They told me my total cost would be 475 ( I asked if that was the total including labor and all, he said yes) I got my bill and it was over 700.
