Today, June 19, 2017. There are 5 customers waiting and he is scanning stuff for a vendor. Customers come before vendors!. Your vendors also should park on the side, not the front, completely blocking any access to the store. I wanted to purchase a carton of cigarettes. You did not have a carton in the box, but you did have 10 packs. THAKOR had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay full price for every single pack as he did not have the barcode for a carton. I have purchased cigarettes in packs from you a hundred times (because you did not have a carton) and every single employee has brought out a black notebook with barcodes. Thakor told me I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. He was extremely rude and ignorant. IF so many other employees have access to the barcodes, why does this idiot employee NOT!!!! He needs to fired or at the very minimum re-trained on how to treat customers. And...oh while waiting for this idiot Thakor to play with the vendor, several customers got so upset and left your store!!! Thakor is making your business LOSE money!!!! He has zero business running your store!!!!
