I was nervous and honestly a little scared because I had no idea where I was. From the moment I walked in, the cashier was so kind and reassuring. Her friendliness immediately helped calm my nerves. Then Terry, the maintenance man, came to my rescue. He graciously took time out of his day to fix my tire in the blazing afternoon heat. It wasn't an easy repair, but he stuck with it, even using his own tools to get me safely back on the road. The kindness and generosity I was shown meant more than I can say. They made me feel like I was back home. It's people like Terry and the wonderful cashier who remind me why I'm proud to be from the South. If you're ever passing through the Carbon Hill area, I highly recommend Rolling T Truck Stop & Cafe. Thank you for treating a nervous traveler with such kindness and hospitality. I'll never forget it. Karen from Arkansas

The service was friendly though I felt sorry for the attendant who had a previous customer pull off stealing $75 worth of gas without paying. The attendant indicated that she would have to pay for that out of her own paycheck. I felt badly for her. The restrooms were clean. They had fudge and ice cream and boiled peanuts and other items to choose from. They also sell bitcoin! I would use the stop again in the future.

I will NOT return to Circle K and I will demand a refund for the SipNSave I recently purchased. Today, I made a special trip to Circle K i Jasper, AL. to get a cup of coffee. While there, I spotted large Dumbo plush toys and decided to grab Three of them to put up for Christmas gifts for my grands. The price was clearly marked on the sign, $24.99, so my bill would have been over $75.00. But the clerk told me the price had changed and she never changed the sign. I told her it was not my problem, but expect to pay the posted price. She immediately became angry, and insisted that she would not honor the posted price. She then started helping other customers and tried to ignore my presence. I asked if the manager was in, and she said no. I said it is the law that you honor your advertised price. she said it was not her problem. She then sarcastically said "Do you see more than ME in here working?" Whatever that means is not my problem either. I told her I would take it up with Corporate on Monday. She yelled, FINE! It is NOT MY PROBLEM! As I reached for the door, she yelled out that I am. B_tch! I will be in contact with Brian Hannasch , the president and CEO of Circle K , on Monday. If YOU want to reach out to the President and CEO of Circle K, he is on Linked In.
