Was there 1/30/2026 between 2-3 pm and had the rudest woman deny me to use the bathroom unless I brought something, I explained I really needed to go and I was going to buy allot! Just a rude no so I said to bad because I was going to buy allot and she chased me out the door saying she didn't care!!!! Wow not away to run a business. Now during the summer we stopped there because my son said it was awesome. That visit was awesome and the son of the owner gave us a 15 minute tour which was epic!! Zero stars! The horrible woman behind the counter needs to be fired. I see 15 days ago same thing happened to man named Micheal. I went in for my son to use the rest room. She said I needed to buy something. I said ok, i said the places near our town let us use the bathroom then purchase she said no and got an attitude. I said ok can I get $80 on pump 2. She said what pump? I said I wanted to fill up but wasn't sure how much but I'd take $80. She said I had an attitude. And said she would cancel the transaction. I was like ok but you told me to buy something. I could have purchased a 5 cent piece of candy if I knew she was so horrid. The lady will keep getting bar reviews and losing money for whoever owns the gas station. I don't recommend shopping here unless you want to be spoken to like you're an idiot because you didn't read one of their 20+ signs printed in a tiny font expressing stupid rules for how to shop according to their specifications. I used the restroom while filling up and was talked down to in a raised voice telling me "read the sign!" which said complete your purchase first. Same thing happened when I didn't read their tiny sign which said no ice on the counter. i dont usually rate convenience stores because the bar is LOW, like very low. but i had to because these people are the rudest. I don't think I've ever left a gas station feeling bad about myself. I stopped here 2x in one weekend (the second time, i didn't realize i was repeating this stop, and frankly, repeating the mistake). First of all, it's one of the only places to stop on 101 in the area, and they won't let you use the bathroom without purchasing something, which IMO is ridiculous and not accessible to people with disabilities but whatever. yesterday i went in, and asked where the bathroom was, and the guy said, "You have to buy something first," which, again, is fine. so I ran out to my car and grabbed my wallet. When I went back, there was someone else behind the counter. he was really nice and implied I didn't need to actually buy something for the restroom. but i purchased something anyway because that other guy was grumpy and strange to me. I didn't think much more about it. But today, I'm heading back south and ended up stopping here again. whoops. I scoot in and head towards the bathroom because I know where it is because i was literally just here. it's that grump behind the counter again, and as I'm walking to the bathroom, he calls out, "we ask that you buy something first." I smiled in a familiar way, like, oh don't you remember me, and said "aw man, really? I just bought something yesterday." I am a very bubbly person and was just trying to be friendly. his face changes; like turned to stone, he got so serious. and he repeated slowly and tersley. "we ask that you buy something." So I said okay and went out again to get my wallet. I decided that, oh well, if I have to buy something, I might as well be friendly because if that's their rule, whatever, I will respect it. so I walked back in with an extra friendly attitude, and i said, "Can i please this?" about a $ 3.50 bottle of water. and he just stared at me and didn't say anything. I gave him a $5 bill and said, "Thank you!" and he made my change, still looking at me in such a stone faced way and stern way, but THEN put my change on HIS side of the plexiglass so I had to reach under and through to get. it was so passive-aggressive tbh if you want your bathroom to be customers only, maybe just get a key and keep it behind the counter? read more

I have never been so embarrassed and talked down to in a place of business like this. The owner and his son are extremely rude. Prices are through the roof. Well, well, well! I thought I was the only one, but after reading these reviews, the rudeness seems to be systemic. Upon finding the porta potty locked, I asked where the restroom was located (nicely). I was told that they were for customers only. I stated that I had just filled up, therefore I was a customer. Then, they demanded either my wallet or car keys for the privilege of unlocking the porta potty. The clerk acted as if they were the gurdian of some sacred holy shrine, instead of a piss smelling plastic box, baking in the hot sun. Needless to say, NO, I did not hand over my wallet or keys. I shall never return to this traing ground for a bad South Park episode. Found a nice place, just up the road. read more

We are customers. Yesterday between 3:30 - 4:30 pm one of the cashiers was disrespectful towards two customers. The pitfalls of describing incident without using racial designations is a challenge. Both customers appeared to be Senior Citizens. As you're facing the checkout counter the Cashier on the right refused to let customer pay for the sodas but sent the customer to the next cashier (That cashier was more courteous and professional) after the customers paid for their items, they decided to exchange contact information. The 2nd cashier gave them a pen. - here's where it turned ugly. The cashier on the right accused the customer of body shaming; called the customer big then ordered the customer from the store. The customer responded by saying that he was a investor/owner through an LLC., but cashier was rude claiming that the customer was disrespectful. read more

My young daughter was have an accident and barely made the store. i politely asked if we could please use the bathroom and were rudely told that we need to buy something first. My car was covered in snow and I needed caffeine since I had been up all night. I walked to the air port grocery with my family and got most of the way there before I realized that I forgot my mask. This younger looking guy with a dyed blonde bun started rudly by saying I need a mask. The kids, age 10 and 4, are the only customers and I ask if I can please just cover face with my thick sweater. He says no, I explained what happened and he says he doesn't care and to leave if I don't have a mask. Ill admit I was mad and said fine asshole we are leaving. He follows me outside and yells ate.to move a car that I am walking away from saying it's mine. I told him it wasn't my car and I told him I already told him we walked there and to leave us alone. He screams that I am not welcomed there and proceeds to yell at my sister who walked there with me that I can't come back. We are trying to leave in peace and I tell him to go back inside and leave us alone. He begins to instigate a fight with me and insulting me. When I advance towards him saying I will fight him if that is what he wants he says there are cameras and he will call the police. I keep trying to leave and he keeps yelling after me and insulting me in a way that seems he was instigating a fight but saying he will call the police any time I looked back. He scared the kids that were with me and was nothing but unprofessional and rude. I can understand that even though my sweater which is thicker then any mask is not a mask but the rudeness and chasing after us was uncalled for. I'd give no stars if possible. read more
