This truck stop actually has a mini Home Depot, Walmart and grocery store all in 1 stop shop. The atmosphere inside the store was nice and clean, normal store set up with isles. The staff was very friendly and professional. Nothing odd or weirdos working. The fuel islands are a little dirty and so is the parking lot. This is the 1st truck stop I have seen in 2 years with an actual store so I'm still giving it 5 stars because the fuel was the cheapest and I parked and picked up needed items that were decent priced.

Stop by and check out the clean restrooms both inside the Store and outside near the Truck Islands. Visit the Truckers Lounge and relax in the massage chairs and catch up on some TV while you're resting and relaxing. Fill your vehicle, and then fill your cup, with fresh hot Coffee or an ice cold Soft Drink for free, "limit one free drink per fuel customer", additional drinks at the posted price. Come by, fuel your vehicle and your cup, say "Hello" to the friendly staff and grab yourself a snack or a fresh hot item from the food bar. I stopped here to get gas because I urgently needed to use the restroom. I had used their restroom…read morebefore without any issues, so I expected it to be available. This time, the owner told me the restroom was closed for the night. I explained that I really needed to go, but she simply looked at me and told me to use the bar next door or go to a park a couple of blocks away. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it and ended up having an accident. What makes this even more disappointing is that I wasn't just asking to use the restroom without being a customer. I had just spent $20 on gas and was planning to buy items from the store as well. If I had known they wouldn't allow paying customers to use the restroom, I would have gone somewhere else to fuel up. I understand businesses can have policies, but showing a little compassion in an urgent situation would have made all the difference. This was one of the most embarrassing customer service experiences I've ever had, and unfortunately I won't be returning.
