This 7-11 is usually the one that ends up getting assigned my order, and they screw it up almost every time. Pretty much whenever I order, the main reason I'm ordering is for a Slurpee and/or a pizza. So guess which items these clowns almost never manage to get in my order? I'd say about 50% of the time I order a Slurpee and almost 100% of the time I order a pizza, they're missing. (Or sometimes the pizza arrives frozen, when I've ordered a cooked one, usually when I'm somewhere with no oven, like a hotel room.) 7-11 support is pretty good about giving refunds but I'm afraid of hitting some sort of refund limit like Uber Eats has, after which you cannot get any refunds for any reason, even though I don't make any frivolous claims. Sometimes my orders come from the one on Antelope Rd across the street from Stones, and they manage to get it right every time. So this location can, quite frankly, eat it (assuming "it" shows up...)

The last time I checked Gas Buddy, this station was about 20 cents cheaper per gallon than the other ones. There's a convenience store stocked with snacks, drinks, and some other essentials. The location is convenient, right off Freeport, and it's fairly easy to get in and out. Just budget some extra time, because there might be lines at the pumps. Safe driving!

I started my car, tried multiple times, and it was obvious no gas had actually gone into my tank, still at E-empty and paid 5.2 gallons which would have given my tank half full but I didn't get a drop. Since I was already running late and needed to get to Wilton after sitting in post-Fourth of July Truckee traffic, I had no choice but to risk using a different pump. That one worked immediately - full tank and that was 10.7gallons When I went inside to explain what happened, instead of listening or trying to help, the employee became defensive, accused me of trying to steal from the store, and raised his voice. That's not customer service--that's gaslighting a paying customer. I drive a 2010 Toyota Corolla with about a 13-gallon tank, and the Indian dude wants to claim that I was given 5.2 gallons of gas and then later I was able to add another 10.7 gallons to it... Ridiculous - the numbers simply don't add up. And I have the receipts to prove it- attached. Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience here. I've previously been charged prices that didn't match the advertised sign, and I've had other issues in the past. I kept giving this place another chance, but this was the final straw. Congratulations--you got my $26, but you lost a loyal neighborhood customer. I'll gladly spend my money at the other stations where customers are treated with respect instead of being accused of being thieves. If you value honest service and working pumps, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I have noticed that the gas pumps are having more issues, sometimes the pump won't register my card and I have to loop around to a new pump- my card is fine the readers just go out? When they're not randomly not working there's often at least one pump that has the out of order bags on it. Inside the slurpy machine and drink machines have been much more hit and miss. Often they're out of certain cups, lids, the machines are down, the area is a mess, or you grab a soda and it does not taste right. I've gotten to the point where I only buy bottled drinks here because I've been disappointed by their fancy machines (that I was initially so excited about). Like I mentioned at the start, the staff has always been friendly but it's starting to decline in cleanliness, organization, and overall experience. I hope ownership/management gives this store some attention and can work on consistency and quality again.

I'm very weird about wanting to use a public restroom . They have a huge refrigerator area. If you wanna get drinks, they have fountain drinks as well. The entire station looks janky and outdated; the lot has limited space which piles cars up during busy times. I had to try three different pumps to fill a full tank. The first station stopped on its own, the second one's screen display went bananas, and the third one finally finished the job. But hey, the price of gas throws all of those complaints out the window for me.
