AMPM on Arden Way has zero customer service or they are running scams on customers. Rather than…read moreassisting a 70+ years old customer with a defective gas pump they insisted that she had told them to put $30 on pump #4 and someone had stolen her gas and therefore would have to pay again. It wasn't until two other customers protested and the older woman produced her receipt that stated pump #7 did the clerk come out and help her pump her gas. The clerk had already made up his mind that the customer was in the wrong because he didn't listen to her or this store is running a scam. If you work behind a counter then you work retail and should be kind to all customers regardless. This lady is someone Mom or grandmother and she deserves help just like your Mom. Oh BTW she had a handicap placard in her car window,so I truly hope she reports you guys! GET IT TOGETHER!

It's the only one I go to and feel safe early in the morning. The staff there great every single customer and weeds out the criminals right off the bat.
