Also, this gas station has the best customer service I've ever received. I stopped one night when I was having car problems, and the young man working there, Xavier, worked on it until it was fixed (keep in mind, this was around 11-11:30 and took about 45 minutes). Xavier has been the only worker I've had interaction with, and he never fails to be the highlight of my experience in the store. I've never seen a customer leave his presence without him reminding them to have a blessed night. My only recommended gas station in this area of Jackson!

I do like Kirkland brand paper towels and toilet paper. The Kirkland coffee is good. I am not crazy about the Kirkland sliced turkey lunch meat. Lots of frozen food. Lots of pharmacy items, cloths, electronics, furniture. They do have self checkouts that move pretty fast.

The first problem was that I had issues at the pump. It told me to rapidly remove the card and when I did it said that it wasn't read. I try it again and as soon as I remove it it says please keep card in. So I had to go inside to pay at that point. After I pay I go back outside and select the grade I wanted. And to my luck the pump only could put out 5 cents worth of gas. I go back inside to ask "hey are y'all out of gas?" The cashier/worker says "we're out of 87 and 89". At that point I was furious because every grade of gas except for premium was 87 and 89 grade. And if you knew this information why was there not a sign or something or at minimum a mention that certain gas grades weren't available before I spent the time to come and pay for it???

Mike's employees immediately know what you need when you drive up: with low tire pressure, or you're in your tuxedo and don't want to get out and pump your own gas, or if you just pull up to one of the open mechanics bays, they walk out and say "what can I do for you?" last month they put grease in the wheelbearings of my speedboat trailer and I said who do I pay and they said nobody, keep coming back. And I do!
