Was informed that the compressor worked to put air in my tire, to find out that it is broken and it leaked all of the remaining air out of the tire to 8psi. I asked the attendant if he could bring a compressor hose from the service bay to be able to safely drive my car to another location, as they also do car maintenance, and was adamantly told no. Following, the attendant turned off the speaker to prevent any further dialog. Complete disregard for a situation caused by their faulty equipment. read more

Gave the owner a call and took the car in for some new tires (tire balance and rotation also) and to diagnose the issue of the vibration. The mechanic was able to find the problem and fix the car in only a day! Turns out that the front lower arms of my car needed to be replaced. Highly recommend for fast and responsive service! OK here we go what does gas station at 35th and quickly street in Oakland. My car got stuck in the machine. I told the person inside that it was stuck in that I needed help. He had the audacity tell me hes not responsible at could not help me. I'm so glad they practice Good customer service here. Now on the other hand if you have to get something done on your car like a mechanical issue or change your oil this is the place to be but please be careful when you put your card into that machine because as he told me hes not responsible. read more

I stopped by this station to add air to my tires and was prepared to feed coins into the air pump but Chris kindly offered to turn on the pump for me. When I asked if they happened to do body work (which they don't), Chris offered to take a look at my two minor problems and actually ended up fixing them for me!
