I was shocked when I walked into this Shell station and was denied access to the bathroom after paying for gas. Three girls behind the counter rudely told me I couldn't use the bathroom bc I had a small dog in my purse. The purse was zipped up and made for going into public areas. It was over 90 degrees out and they told me I'd have to leave my dogs in the car in order to use their bathroom. I will never return to Shell and I will also be closing my account.

Then Terry, the maintenance man, came to my rescue. He graciously took time out of his day to fix my tire in the blazing afternoon heat. It wasn't an easy repair, but he stuck with it, even using his own tools to get me safely back on the road. The kindness and generosity I was shown meant more than I can say. They made me feel like I was back home. It's people like Terry and the wonderful cashier who remind me why I'm proud to be from the South. The service was friendly though I felt sorry for the attendant who had a previous customer pull off stealing $75 worth of gas without paying. They serve the special from 11-2 or until they sell out. They provide the option to call in, stop by to prepay, or walk-in based on what's available after pre-orders.
