This is by far one of the worst experiences at a gas station I've ever had in my life. The store clerk deliberately tried to short change me two times after I gave him a $100.00 dollar bill for a few lotto tickets and $20.00 dollars worth of gas. After telling him that I was waiting on him to give me all of my correct change, he continued making attempts to short change me, you're not suppose to kid around with customer's money, he had no smile on his face, he really tried to keep my money. He finally gave me back all of my correct change with a bad attitude after telling him that I was still waiting for my correct change. This cashier clerk dealt with me treacherously. He acted like a con man, for a moment I thought he would rob me. Here I am just a friendly Senior Citizen trying to get out and enjoy my day. He saw that I was distracted by a mother with 4 children who needed me to give her a jump in order to get her car started; this cashier clerk could care less about the stranded mother and her children. I went to help the poor women with 4 children, and gave her money for groceries. I was so caught up in her despair I forgot to pump my $20.00 dollars of gas, I drove away from the gas pump looking at my gas display and made an immediate U-turn after noticing that I had forgot to pump my $20.00 dollars of gas, I drove up and tried to pump my gas and the cashier clerk told me it was too late, I told him that I wasn't going to argue with him; I told him I was going to call the police, when he saw me on the phone calling the police he came out of the store again and told me that he would set the pump for $20.00, so I pumped my gas and left peacefully. The clerk had a terrible self-righteous attitude that was so unAmerican and inhumane. This guy showed NO RESPECT for his customer. Customers please be aware of this guy who works at this gas station as a cashiers clerk. I will NEVER go to this gas station again!!! I just had the most horrible experience at this store. I came in to purchase mega million tickets…read more I marked three tickets with my own numbers and marked QP for the last two on the form. When I went to the register the cashier told me it wasn't working and that I needed to select six numbers in addition to the Mega number. I went back and read the back of the form where it clearly stated I needed to mark only 5. I got back in a long line and this time when I got up there, the other cashier said it wasn't working because i marked QP and the computer wanted me to choose numbers and to try another form without selecting QP. So I went back and filled out a new form. Since it was my 3rd time attempting to buy my tickets, I walked up to a man (dark, greasy hair, about 5'8") who I assumed was the manager to see if he could help. Now there was only one line open and it was wrapped around the corner. The manager/owner (not really sure who he was because he refused to give his name) was at the other register so I walked up there and he immediately told me he was not open. I told him it was my 3rd time trying to purchase tickets so he sighed and told me to hold on. I waited patiently for him to finish what he was doing and he eventually ran my ticket successfully this time. While paying with my debit card, the man made a comment to another employee that he was tired of the lottery and these "stupid people". I was completely shocked and repeated his comment. "Stupid people"? He looked at me and smirked, then said "you're card isn't working. You must have done something wrong again." I was in shock as I attempted to pay with my debit again, only to show declined a 2nd time. He told me to give him his tickets back. Oh my God! I couldn't believe how rude I was being treated by this man. I asked him why he was being such an asshole. He said, "you're blaming my employees when you don't know what you're doing and you're the one cussing at me." I know I shouldn't have used the word asshole but I was so upset at how I was being treated and that is exactly how he was acting. I asked for his name but he wouldn't give it to me. Thankfully the nice older gentlemen came and helped me. I paid cash and left in complete awe of what had just happened. I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. When I got in my car I received a text from my bank saying my card was denied for consumer control. I'm not sure but I think he was hitting a button on his end because there was no issue with my card. I should add that this same man was attempting to help an older couple with their ticket while I attempted to pay the first time. He was rude to them and they left without a resolution to their ticket that couldn't be read. I should have known better. I will never set foot in that store again!
