It's to yell at me and tell me that it's just you and another guy. Then when I go to ask him, how did the transfer process works for my antidepressants my OB/GYN put me on for my pregnancy. He seems very annoyed to answer these questions. Sorry I have questions. I've never done a transfer before I just moved out west and it wouldn't make sense to drive one hour away to pick this script up. While he's being super rude, I asked to speak to his manager, and then he proceeded to tell me that I'm being very complicated and very difficult yelling at me and then hanging up on me. I called back because I just wanted my question answered and because they have caller ID nobody answered my call. This makes me very sad because if they're treating pregnant women on antidepressants like this yelling calling them difficult calling them complicated just because I had a simple question I'm difficult. No it's difficult is that he has to work with one other guy and I should never know that information. If they had good leadership at that location, they would not be behaving in these manners.
