Ordering from a gas station I was unsurprisingly raising my eyebrow wondering how good this stuff could actually be- but don't let the exterior fool you, this is some of the best Indian food you'll get in the South. The butter chicken was delightfully spicy, perfect on a sick day but not too much that I was coughing any more than I already was. I came again a few months later and got the same order and had a tailgate in the back of my truck, and while it took a while to make it was worth every bite. And that's the blessing of this place, the food takes a while but it's worth every second, everything is freshly cooked and well textured. If you don't like bone-in chicken I will say this isn't necessarily a place I'd recommend. The chicken curry and the tikka masala both were bone-in when I had them, but that doesn't necessarily bother me (it's how it should be!). Every food they offer is perfect and they will always cater it to your spice level. There isn't a listed menu and what's available changes daily, so you either have to check their Facebook page (spice and curry on FB) or DoorDash to see what's available, but the staff will be equally receptive if you order in the restaurant. It's the kind of place that I'd be at regularly if I lived in Vicksburg, because even with how good the food was, the staff are quick to make conversation and be friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who's having a craving for Indian food passing through Vicksburg, it's as good as it gets! When you walk in, you are always greeted by a super friendly cashier who is always happy to be there to help you. They also keep hot snacks on hand from biscuits and English muffins to hot dogs and taquitos. They even have donuts and coffee for those of you who need your sugar and caffeine start to the morning. I love getting there 2 for $4 deal on my favorite Monster Ultra Violet drinks. If it's candy, drinks, hot food, sandwiches, chips, or just some gas, whatever it is that you are looking for in a convenience store, this Circle K has got you covered!
