I had had my alternator replaced several times and had a feeling that was the problem. I called AAA and was told I'm out of tows. They gave me the number for Lake Almanor Towing. I called and spoke with Brandon and he gave me a quote for a tow back to Reno. He was backed up with work and wouldn't be able to work on my car for a week. I had a moment of panic since I didn't have the money for the tow. I made some calls and called him back. He allowed for somebody else to call him with credit card info and the cost was taken care of. It was the end of the day so he closed up shop and came to get me and my very old car! He could probably see how stressed out I was and was so nice. The plan was to tow to Susanville and then towed to Reno the next day. He told me stories all the way to Susanville. Once there he made sure I got to the hotel across the street. Brandon made a pretty bad situation not so bad. I am very, very grateful for his help!
