Most of the employees are crackheads. How good the carls junior is completely depends on who is there. The gangster wanna be kid thats always playing rap has a good attitude but hes very slow and the fries are always stale if he is there. The loud Mexican manager lady is super annoying fries always stale. Extremely common for the Carl's to only have ONE employee on there running like a chicken with their head cut off. You can commonly expect to wait 30 mins to no fault of theirs. Maybe if they actually paid people they could hold an employee for more than a week. Dont even think of going to the truck shop I wouldnt trust them to air up a tire. The coffee for the last year has turned into a bio weapon, I opened each machine today and they are ALL full of mold. My main gripes are with the higher ups here and the surrounding area. Boardman is a town of nothing but degenerates. They would have to pay enough for people to want to drive out there and pay enough that they can root out all the degenerates. They have had many great employees over time but they never stay because they dont get paid enough.

The food mart is amazing, a combo of small grocery store and several small fast foods- fried chicken, burritos, teriyaki chicken, pizzas, coffees and sodas. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean and well stocked, and the restrooms are clean. We have Dave's in our Google maps so we never miss it. It's just about halfway between home in Seattle and Boise.

There was plenty of truck parking during my stay, and the whole location felt well-kept and comfortable. The pet area was surprisingly large, nicely maintained, and stocked with doggie waste bags, which was a huge plus. The employees were friendly and welcoming, making the stop even better. But when I thought, oh I should say something, the gal at the counter jumped down my throat that it's rude to tell them when the bathroom needs attention because two of her coworkers just quit and she's short handed. I get that. I wasn't trying to personally insult her, I was trying to call their attention to an issue. As a customer, I have no idea that your coworkers just quit or that you're having a bad day. Yelling at me doesn't help your situation, and it certainly doesn't win you any gold stars.
