The Tim hortons staff are my favourite (I interact with them the most but the cashier for the gas station also seems nice enough! The only downside is it's size, of course, as it operates within the store and is not its own standalone so when it gets busy with passerbys or construction workers the line can be a bit long. Either way - they all work hard and efficiently to get it all done and sorted. No seating indoors so just grab and go onwards to your destination!

I had my Airmile card on my phone and it didn't scan properly when I went to prepay for my gas. She still tried to scan it and she even tried typing it in. Well, sometimes when you get consistent good service from the people who work here, it's a little different. The gas stations out in Coquitlam are full-serve, something that a Vancouverite like me takes getting used to. But the energy and enthusiasm of the staff here, regardless of when it is sunny, or rainy, gets my thumbs up. It's nice when the people who work here, actually try to create conversation, and ask how your day is, and carry on the coversation not with a one-liner.

You get a $2 off any car wash when you get gas. And you can add the car wash option at the pump. Without the discount the basic car wash starts at $13.99 or $15.99. I remembered it being quite steep. The price chart is available at the cashier and I forgot to take a picture of that. The wash is pretty good and I can see the dust and grime being washed away by the high pressured water. I think the front of my car is cleaner than the rest. I've gotten gas here before and it's quite the usual process. If you're collecting pc points, I find it's better to get your card scanned at the store. Somehow my points tend not to show up when I do it at the pump. Maybe it's just my card.
