I had been recommended to go here by several friends who eat here and I can see why - the menu is basic pub grub but very good value. There is a lunchtime menu and an evening menu and the landlady's son apologised that they had to put the daily roast up from £1.50 to £1.99! I watched as sunday dinners were served - good plates full for £4.50. Other things on menu include steaks, pasta, curries, oh and veggie stuff too all about £3.50 to £7.00. The toilets are so clean too - what a great pub and very welcoming too. There is a sign up saying they are dog-friendly (bar only due to the food being served in the lounge). Will go back again to eat.

The staff and customers, as per the rock pub tradition are the friendliest in town. Also live stuff such as music and burlesque. Friendly team and great atmosphere. Grab a table by the windows to take in the views across to Wolverhampton city and beyond. It's quite impressive. Great for kids. Families.
