I have used this company prior to my most recent in Feb of 2023. I was very happy with the…read moreservice and they revived the dumpster 3 times with no issues. However this 4th time the placed the dumpster in the same spot and when they picked it up the driver complained he didn't have anyone with him to watch and the result was damage to my front yard. There are 2 trenched it left about 12 feet long 18 inches and 12 inches deep. I called and left my concern and got a return call form them after they spoke to the driver and owner and they are not doing anything but giving me excuses. I didn't not want a refund or and compensation but a apology and as a company owner I would have expected them to at least send some one over to put the dirt back in the holes. That would have shown they were customer service focused. But I was only offered excused because of the weather. i only wish I could post the pictures of the mess they left, remembering this is the 4th time they used the same spot. i don't think offering to put the dirt back on the ditches and tamp it down was too much to ask.
