This place has been horrible to my parents. My parents ordered an automatic lift cover for their…read moreswim spa, and it took 4 months to come in (was told 6 weeks). When it finally did come in, they sent an unqualified technician to install it. He admitted never to have installed one before and didn't bring any of the necessary supplies to install. My parents have a ton of damage to their spa after the technician tried his hardest to install it. It was installed incorrectly and broke the cover, so now they are without a cover and are left with a damaged spa. They have been trying to get this issue resolved for weeks now and when they asked to escalate their concerns, they were told it's a family business and the owners won't handle it. This is totally unacceptable! Buyers beware!! This place will take your money and run!

I order a new filter and replaced it. Hot tub still didn't' work. Same issue. Had tech out a 2nd time, in less than 15 minutes, he disconnected the ozone. Another $185 paid. Hot tub is still not working properly. Tried to speak to the owner - JJ. Called and left several messages. Never heard back from him. Called again today, he actually happened to be in the office. Wasn't willing to give me any break on pricing. Even though they had been out 2x's and my hot tub still doesn't work. He also likes to talk over his customers. Would never use this company again. Oh and by the way... Their trip charge of $185 is double what their competitors charge. That is probably why they have openings in their schedule when the competition is booking 2 weeks out.
