We have dealt with the original Cheryl's for the last several years for Beetle's school uniforms. They are excellent. We noticed at some point that they opened this satellite shop on Landis. We were told it was medical uniforms and other things like that, not the school uniforms. Today I had reason to go here. I sought a lab coat to wear during science lessons. I used to have one, but have no idea what became of that. In I went. The help was very helpful. There were three of them and only one of me. I explained what I wanted and they understood that I did not need the Cadillac (is that a dated reference?) of lab coats. The sizing of the style I got seems a bit off as I do not wear the size I purchased, but that's fine; it fits. We discussed embroidery. The guy who does that was there and was helpful in explaining what most do. We easily arrived at agreement as to what shall be done. I paid and will pick up the coat tomorrow. I ordered a sweater online to be picked up-- an hour later it was ready.

I work for a large company and we have ordered from this place many times for jackets for work. I am very unhappy with this past experience as many of my coworkers are as well. I spent $68 on two personalized jackets with my name and place of work sewn into the jacket. I ordered the same size as I had in the past and this jacket is at least 2 sizes too big. We were sent a photo (which was black and white) not easy to see and the material is different. I didn't expect it to be so large on me. Many of my coworkers are unhappy with the fit as well. The zipper is also of very cheap quality. I called to complain and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I wasn't expecting a full refund but maybe the offer of at least one jacket that fit. I was also told to maybe try and sell it. Not sure who I could sell it to with my name and place of work on it. I also paid with a check so I was unable to dispute the charge. I will not be ordering again. I might as well have thrown my money in the trash. read more
