Also, there was a minor repair to this old dulcimer that the NJ happily repaired. To top it all off, I bought pics for my husband as this dulcimer was a Christmas present for him, and the bill for ALL he did was $3. That is 4 strings, a repair and tuning and very cool pics. I am grateful because we didn't have to drive back to that nasty store, and I would recommend this place highly for anything. It makes me want to take a lesson because he was so kind, but I am a poet and not a musical. I got more than I expected on a budget, both when it comes to service and quality. Shawn and his team are experienced, knowledgable, and professional through and through. I never felt pressured and always felt as if my beginner-level questions were taken seriously. My only regret is that I have yet to find the time to sign up for lessons.
