Then the other transaction was for the other kid. The place is cool, franchise is nice but horrible customer service. Bad experience.

He's always smiling and happy to go to his "red school" which is what he calls kiddy junction. The meal program is also excellent, as a busy parent, it's good know my kid is eating healthy at school. I'm always so impressed with the meals they have (examples, Japanese pasta gratin, Italian sausage edamame risotto, pasta with salmon and garlic sauce) I feel so lucky to have found such a great centre! No complaints at all!!!!!! :)

Montessori school in south Vancouver close to Granville and West 70th Ave near Fraser River Park in…read morea light industrial area. They offer Pre-School from ages 3-6 and Elementary from grades 1-7. My kids went here from pre-school all the way through grade 5 and it was an incredible experience. A early Montessori education really helped them develop their hard-working and inquisitive personalities. French is offered from pre-school on and their level will exceed most public schools except for French immersion schools. Both French language and culture is taught which is nice so the kids have a practical reference for use of the language. They have both class observations where the parents can observe their kid in the normal class environment and parent/teacher conferences. Year-end show is fun where the elementary kids all present skits, songs and plays for the parents at a nearby theatre. Competition to get into the pre-school program is quite stiff so register early to get on the waiting list. Dedicated, long-term teachers and staff, highly recommended!

Very disappointing first experience with RGA…read more During my daughter's first class, she became overwhelmed and tried to come to me for comfort. I was nearby and visible, but instead of allowing her to come to me or asking me to assist, an instructor physically and forcefully picked her up and carried her back toward the group. I witnessed the incident, and my daughter was visibly distressed by what happened. I raised my concerns with RGA. Although the instructor apologized, RGA maintained that the instructor's actions were appropriate. My daughter became unwilling to return, so I withdrew her and requested a full refund. RGA refused and offered only a very partial refund. Therefore, I later tried to find a way for her to continue by asking to transfer her to a different class/group, but RGA declined that request as well. The way both the incident and RGA's handling the situation left me very disappointed.
