I asked for soft light and romantic, natural photos and they delivered perfectly-the only hard part now is picking my favorites to display in our new home :) I really can't think of anything negative to say. What's more, all my friends and family have been raving about the pictures and how well the capture who my husband and I are as a couple. If you want more details, here's a list of my favorite things about them: 1. Time invested before and after the engagement shoot and wedding day: Lindsey met with me and I showed her photos I liked (soft light, romantic, etc) and that is exactly what they delivered in our photos. They also worked with me to find amazing spots to take engagement photos. I especially liked that before the wedding they did a walk through with me of possible places to take photos outside the church and reception venue so that I could have input on particular shots I liked. 2. There's two of them! This was great when we had the girls and guys split up before the ceremony and Lindsey could take pictures of the bridesmaids in the bridal room while Ryan took photos of the groomsmen. 3. Easy to work with. They helped me make a custom photography package that fit my needs and budget and they would edit all the photos afterwards and give them to me on a disk, which was hard to find with a lot of wedding photographers. Also, they were unobtrusive during the ceremony yet still got tons of amazing shots. My mother-in-law even commented on how great they were about not being noticeable while they took pictures. 4. They have a photobooth they rent out! I had my own backdrop I wanted to use, and they made their photobooth system work perfectly for printing out photostrips on the spot for guests to take home. It was a huge hit with everyone, from my little cousins to our college friends to our aunts and uncles. 5. Perhaps the biggest one--the photos are beautiful and even better than I had hoped. My husband and I will cherish these memories forever, and the photos are the perfect documentation of both our engagement and wedding. Thanks so much!

He was very helpful and reached out to me before the wedding to get a feel for my vision for the photos. I wish I would have researched shots that I wanted more in advance to the wedding to ensure all of the ones I wanted were taken, in the moment it is easy to become overwhelmed and forget. There was maybe only 2 or 3 poses I would have included and we had over 600 to pick from so we have plenty of choices. DW was kind and fun during the wedding. His use of light in the photos were genius and turned out beautiful in the photos. I ordered several photo books from DW and they were wonderful. He even included hand written holiday cards for the people I was gifting them to. That was such a thoughtful and special detail! I definitely recommend using DW for a wedding photographer.
