When I called to question the bill for $160.00 ish dollars, after insurance pays, that's when it went down hill in our conversation. This very young lady, how I know is she stretched her last word in a sentence like a valley girl of old. Very rude, refused to give her name to me, wanted to quote me the riot act, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, threatened collections, etc. etc. I just wanted too know why there was a charge and as of today, still don't know. I have several retail stores and realize the customer could be the problem just as much as the employee, but since she wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, I take my concern to this platform since I refuse to let this behavior go , and that's on me.
