The space was beautifully decorated and smelled fantastic. Everyone that worked at the salon was very nice, and everyone was smiling!! There's nothing worse than walking into a salon or spa and getting a glum/pissed off/bored/annoyed-that-you're-there welcome. The wax was super quick--and she did a great job. She was willing to take a few extra minutes to make sure everything was done correctly and well done before she finished. She also took some time to recommend some products that would help my skin--but put no pressure on me to buy them. Wax-me is professional, comfortable, friendly, and WELL worth the money. First time waxers and seasoned waxers.... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!

Now at Chrome Salon + Spa Maddy is my go to person for hair and brows. Lili for facials. Tiffany for pedicures. Many of the women who work there have provided for me in some way or another and are very kind. I buy gift certificates for family and friends. I love their products. Their GLO skincare line is the best :) I can't say enough about their services and the pleasant way in which they treat their customers. Recently I attended an evening on facial skin care and got a swag bag and a bunch of knowledge about my skin I had no idea about...I believe men and women need to do more self-care and this is the place to do it. Their products and services are at a respectable price point and the quality they provide would be hard to beat anywhere else. I love Chrome Salon + Spa. If I was looking to try something new I would definitely check it out :) I'll still be going there ;)

i just moved to lethbridge and was looking for a new lash lady. i found these guys on google and…read moresaw they had a full set of classics for only $77. being a student i was pleased to see such a good deal. the reviews were all good on their website so i was very excited to book an appointment. when i arrived to my appointment it was very nice inside and clean. however my lash lady was very unprofessional and took phone calls and left to have conversations with other workers their in the middle of doing my lashes. the lashes i got were terrible, looked nothing like what i asked for. but considering they were so cheap i went along with it and didn't want to make a scene. when i get downstairs to pay, they charge me $120. i brought up how the online prices were much much lower and the lady at the desk said nothing and just pushed the debit machine towards me. i paid and walked out. then i noticed the lashes started falling out right away. i had maybe 4 or 5 lashes left by day 3. keep in mind i have been getting eyelash extensions for years and know how to upkeep them. i called them back asking to come on for a consultation to discuss why this was happening and if i could get a refund. they were very rude and sat me down in the middle of the waiting room with customers and workers listening to the whole conversation. absolutely ridiculous, i've never seen anything more unprofessional. they still haven't changed their online prices. wouldn't recommend to anyone, and i still want my $120 back

I had been growing my hair out for months, and she cut off three inches even though I asked that not much be taken off the front. She decided not to add any layers even though the photo I brought showed lots of layers. She claimed that my hair wouldn't look good layered. I've always had layers in my hair because it's the only way to make it look decent. Definitely would not recommend. Very disappointed and will have to wait months before I can get it back to the length I wanted.
