The Dr then gave me a sales pitch suggesting 3 visits a week, cash only as they did not accept insurance. I felt like I was being closed by a car salesman. So I looked at Yelp and found Valente Chiropractic, which accepted my insurance. Dr. Greg looked over my x-rays and interviewed me to find the best plan of action for my treatment. Dr. Greg is a true health practitioner. I have seen him 10 times so far which has had a positive impact with my issues. I have seen one of their massage therapists, Allie, who was amazing and have a second massage appointment tomorrow with Jill. The office staff is great and are always a pleasure to hang out with in the waiting room.

They went over our injury history, any chronic ailments and our goals for feeling better. We then scheduled a day to do our examination and x-rays. On this day, we did imaging, they went over our x-rays with us and pointed out our problem areas. We then had to book another day for the actual alignment. We appreciated that military personnel, get free x-rays, which was nice. The only downside is, they don't tell you the prices upfront. They have many different care plans and I wish they would have went over a care plan with us on the first day we went in, so we could have a better understanding of how much everything would cost. Without insurance chiropractic therapy is very expensive. I have Kaiser Permanente and even with the insurance it was still pretty expensive for an adjustment and x-ray. My husband's x-rays were free because he's military, but I did have to pay out-of-pocket for mine because my insurance only covered a portion of it. I recommend asking for the prices upfront before you book anything.

5/29/26 I don't normally write bad reviews but this was so upsetting…read more... Checked in 15mins early for a promotional $35 Chiropractic appt on Instagram. There was a calendar that I booked. However, upon checking in, I was told that I didn't have an appt that someone was supposed to call to confirm the date/time I selected. I replied with "What? I booked it for 5/29 3pm. I have to wait for someone to call back to confirm? Why would we be allowed to book the appt online? The employee at reception desk stated she doesn't know why it's set up that way. My manager is not available & set it up this way. ***This was a waste of my time honestly***

He pops and readjusts everything... If you don't have your co-pay with you, he will work around that. Normally, it's just him in the office, but every once in a while, his wife will come down and help out with the phones and such.
