Great prices- often better than woolworths. My (the manager and I believe owner) is beautiful and always greets with a smile. A couple of staff have been a little rude in the past (nothing is perfect) but a quiet word with My and all is better. I worked in pharmacy for four years, and I no do all my pharmacy purchasing and ordering with them, now I no longer work in the pharmacy business. They also have a great gluten-free range and order in G-F bread once a week, Previous to being this a discount drug brand store, it was incredibly expensive and had little patronage. That has all changed now. Smies, cheap, huge range and plenty of customers (and plenty of staff to help those customers)

These guys have everything you could expect from a chemist - all kinds of medication, band-aids…read more(they're great for band-aids although the Chatswood Chase chemist beats them on sheer variety), soaps and sun-creams, various oils, some healthy unrefrigerated food stuff, toilet tissue, Revlon makeup, all kinds of vitamins and truly great customer service. No joke. The discount chemist store people in Gordon are out of this world. The two lady pharmacists (there used to be an older man who was so incredibly good and now hoping he'll show up on that TV program, "Where Are They Now?" ?) are incredibly helpful and quick on their feet and the rest of the staff always have a ready smile. But I have one complaint. It's a small one so I don't want to fill out any forms. They're lacking in hair colour variety. Go somewhere else for hair colour. But for anything else - within reason - this is your place.

The owner just came to me and asked me to get out of his shop because I wasn't allowed to take photos for "security reasons". Always this pharmacy has the highest price comparing to any other, now I have not one reason to not go there! I'm very angry of this situation. I'm not sure if this guy is rude as a normal behaviour or if he was rude because I'm brown skin. Anyway, DO NOT GO THERE!

had a really bad experience at this pharmacy. they were super judgmental and made me wait days for…read morea prescription that wasn't even ready when they said it would be. one of the pharmacists even asked me what my prescription was for which felt really inappropriate and weird. they also lied to my face saying I had to cancel my script to go elsewhere which my doctors office told me wasn't true. ended up going to another pharmacy in north sydney and they had my prescription ready for me in less than 40 minutes and with much better service. wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you need chronic pain/mental health meds or alternative treatments even though they actively advertise they can help.

Many of their products are tailored for those much needed necessities for mum's, and also just for any of us who might have run out of soap and need to buy some more in between those all important grocery shops: this is where this establishment (for me anyway) fills that void: come here for the unexpected soap and deodorant shops for instance once these supplies have unexpectedly run out; or were forgotten about on your last supermarket shop. Also a great pit stop for those hair ties and some unexpected pain relief. A much better alternative to those service stations and convenience stores for such necessities. A pharmacy that is working on becoming more modern to keep up with the times and the trends of the area with great customer service to boot. Gets popular and quite busy early in the mornings: anywhere from Thursday up until Sunday morning in particular.

Usually I dont mind paying a little more than for convenience, but this time was a little ridiculous... I was charged $27 for a bottle of codeine linctus only to find out later that the exact same bottle was $7.99 at chemist warehouse 200m down the road. There are normal markups and then there is ridiculous. Should probably review your prices
