Circle Health wants as many patients as possible and prioritizes money over patient care…read more I gave this place the benefit of the doubt despite all the bad reviews because I'm in the military and my options are limited on Tricare. Every time I visited, I felt like I was rushed in and out. I never had an open forum to ask questions, and every nurse I met made me feel categorized as young and naive.. I'm a 28 y/o first time mom and I felt like I deserved more empathy than to have my concerns written off. The few times I did actually bring up concerns, I was made to feel like they were dumb. I was experiencing extreme crashes in energy during the day, and I commute one hour to and from work. I told the nurse about these energy crashes at my appt. She told me to take a nap in my car before leaving my office. Basically her advice was to prolong my already 10-hour day... At my next visit, I failed my glucose test and the same nurse told me that my energy crashes aren't related to my new diagnosis. She also never annotated my energy concerns in my chart, nowhere, not once. I left the Circle Health practice at 29 weeks pregnant and have since received phenomenal care at my new office.

This review is for one of the triage nurses named Laurie and not because she is special, but…read morebecause she is eSPECIALly rude. I've only spoken to this person...give or take? Maybe twice? However, those two times were NO where close to pleasant. Remember! First impression ALWAYS counts! How do you call yourself a nurse with a BADtitude like that? The last time I checked nurses are suppose to help people not help make them feel like sh!t! The only thing she needs to do is help herself become a better person because clearly this woman has issues much deeper than the mariana trench. I won't get into full details about exactly what happened, but just know it was the worst experience ever! If you're that unhappy with your job because clearly you are, then maybe you should go look for another job that doesn't require dealing with people on a day to day basis. You should also work on your phone etiquette. Imagine, if this happened to you or one of your family members? I don't think anyone would ever be ok with that! I really hope this review gets back to her or reaches her somehow because she needs to read this and think about the next time she wants to treat someone the way she treated me. Who knows? She's probably reading this and laughing about the whole thing. Please take into consideration everything that I have said and others who have written bad experience reviews prior to my review. I bet all of those 5 star reviews are their friends and family members writing for them. I would "NEVER RECOMMEND" this place to anyone!

Does it make sense for a doctor to prescribe a medication that no single pharmacy in the entire…read moretown has? And when you call back to get any sort of help, you get screamed at by the oncall doctor who is unhelpful, and does not understand empathy or pain of patients who have to do so much to advocate for themselves over and over again to get access to SINGLE MEDICATION? I came at 1:45pm to be seen. After 5pm, the prescription finally gets sent out. When it gets sent out, I'm on the phone with over 5+ pharmacies, over and over again who all say they dont have the medication, but they do have the elixir form. I call the oncall doctor (who is not my doctor because I'm running out of time, and pharmacies will close) to see she can send the elixir form and she starts screaming at me saying I shouldn't be using the phone. Rupa Reddy, you're a sick awful severely deranged person. I have had a severe mouth sores for over a week hoping they can help, and now the day is over, everyone left, and I did not receive my medication, and I'm in severe pain. Thats just how awful this office is, they don't give a shit about their patients.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a new primary care physician. I researched…read morethe area and saw Chelmsford Primary Care had great reviews, and that Dr. Sun was accepting new patients. My husband and I got our appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy for us. When we arrived, the women at the front desk were SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP I've ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.

When I actually got to my appointment today, everything went great. There is plenty of parking (something I always worry about when visiting a new place) and it was easy to find my way to the office. Both women at the desk were very nice. My ultrasound tech was great, explaining everything she was showing me on the screen; the NP I spoke to afterwards was amazing. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and well taken care of. All of my questions were answered, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I assume it's possible that not everyone in the practice is top-notch, based on other reviews. I'll have to see how future appointments go and amend my review accordingly, but for now I highly recommend them!

In a word; terrible. I began going to AFA when I became pregnant with my first child. My husband…read morecame to all of the appts with me and we met several practitioners along the way. At each visit, we waited for at least 30 minutes before being taken into an exam room. Every. Single. Time. I understand the nature of the business is unpredictable; pregnancies are unpredictable, births happen all day, every day, but this is simply unacceptable practice. The most caring, empathetic person we came across was the ultrasound technician. She was the only one with a caring bedside manner and a gentle approach. I wish I had gotten her name. My pregnancy ended up being high risk. We met with the MFM who came in from Boston and had several ultrasounds/scans/etc. At one point, as my husband and I were receiving some scary news, the MD had the audacity to say, "Look at Mom, she's freaking out". You're damn right I'm freaking out. You are telling me in a curt, unprofessional way that my unborn child may have severe health issues!! Luckily for me, my husband and my now 1.5 year old, we transferred our care to Brigham and Women's which is a world renowned hospital that sees many more births, many more patients each year than AFA or Emerson and guess what? They treat their patients with respect and empathy and we were never made to wait longer than 10, maybe 15 minutes. This practice is awful and seems to be running off of the reputation of Dr. Balcomb. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
