Again, David was helpful with the mess of my divorce. Per the divorce, we had to sell a second property we owned. David said, when the time came, he would help me with the capital gains tax. In July of 2025, everything was wrapped up with my divorce. Contacted David t o confirm he would work on the capital gains. He asked me for a specific document which I did not have. I asked my closing attorney if he had the document, which he didn't and he said we didn't need one. I passed this on to David and he got irate that I questioned his request.
