There an arrogant and dishonest firm who put their own preservation instead of their clients needs ,especially Mr bush. They don't keep their clients up to speed with their case nor do they contact them or show up when they have a court appearances leaving the client in limbo or never returning phone calls. I was very unhappy with my representation when a friend of mine recommended I switch to Chelli and Bush ( Michael was recommended ). This firm receives not even a single star they are rude and lie to you. They never answer any questions and are the most miserable staff and incompetent I have ever witnessed all the work I signed papers for them to do they would ask me to do it. I was treated terribly by Michael bush himself. He was rude and told me he is not my therapist when I asked him where we stood a year into handing my case to him. I am also being told I am getting my files withheld until I get another attorney to file for them which is illegal. I gave them my trust with 2 separate cases and I found out they haven't done anything with either one. When u walk into this office you will see right away the misery that is all over the staffs face they are horrible as receptionist and rude. Recently and in the past my family and I have had the same experience. We have been the law firm clients in two occasions. Recently I referred my daughter to the firm. Her initial consultation was fine. However when she had a conversation with the owner Michael Bush. My daughter explained he was terrible and he was rude. She refused to go back for any services. My daughter was asking him questions. She is a first time and car accident case. So normal to have several questions. My daughter stated Michael Bush said the following to her "Miss I'm running out of patience and you're annoying me"! Wow! Wonder if Mr. Bush would like for anyone to speak to his family member in that way? Please do not use any of the services! Personally having first-hand experience because he's done the same to my wife and I. Now to hear that he's did the same to my daughter is so disheartening. No star deserved here! Here's to you attorney Michael Bush and Chelli and Bush firm!!! Maybe losing us as a client is not important to you or treating people with respect and compassion. Worst firm/attorneys. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU NOT USE THIS FIRM. The Partner there is the most arrogant self entitled person I ever came across. My case settled via Arbitration. On top of my award I was to be reimbursed the Arbitration fee. The fee was sent directly to my lawyer who took it upon himself to keep that fee (which he is entitled to as he laid it out) however, he also deducted the fee from my settlement amount. I believe that is stealing. I would never ever use this firm again nor would I refer anyone to them. Your attorney should be working for you yet he felt he was "entitled" to so much more than what he is truly entitled too. If i never see that man again it will be too soon. On top of his arrogance his staff is highly incompetent and rude. When you receive reimbursement for lost wages or lost time from work the attorney takes out $150 for each month recovered. However, I was the person making all the calls to the insruance company after several months had passed and I received not 1 dollar. So, technically I did all the work there and was actually advised by someone in his office that I am not entitled to that money when in fact I was. I also learned (and too late to do anything about it of course) was that all the receipts I was told to send to my attorney for any prescriptions, tolls, gas, parking, etc. I had to lay out because of my accident so that they could be forwarded to the insurance company were in fact NEVER sent to the insurance company, except for one parking receipt from the day of my surgery. So, when I contacted the insurance company they advised me the receipts are to be sent in within 60 days of the date of the transaction and because they were not I did not receive the $600 plus that was due me. Again, another sign his staff is incompetent. If my case wasn't so involved at the time I learned of all this I would have sought another attorney. However, it was too close to the end to do it. Looking back I wish I would have got new counsel. I feel bad for anyone who is being represented by this firm. Good luck folks!!!! read more
