All the Drs are nice, The top Dr, Dr Hambleton is FANTASTIC! Very supportive caring and understanding. They always get my son, who has multiple problems, seen exceptionally quickly. The surgery is very clean and welcoming. It's attached to a boots chemist which is really convenient. I have years of experience of various surgeries in Nottingham due to the work I did and this is far one of the best if not The Best in Nottingham!!!

The reception and admin staff are polite and courteous, making efforts to accommodate your appointment and work around your schedule, often calling you back if a more convenient slot becomes available. They are very professional and maintain patient confidentiality, and speak about patients respectfully when talking to each other (which I have seen reception staff fail to do in so many other practices). The waiting rooms are clean and comfortable, displaying useful information and calling you to the surgery rooms via a large screen. There is even an electronic check-in desk where you can sign in for your appointment when the reception desk is very busy.
