My husband and I wanted a paver patio put in our backyard for those summer bbqs with family. We had…read moredone a lot of research and had an idea in mind of what we wanted it to look like. We had done our research and almost everyone was saying pavers are the way to go for a long term, low maintenance patio. We decided to call and receive bids from three different companies. The company that came to give us our first bid didn't take measurements or give us the time of day, but the cost was half of what the second and third bids we were given. Aaron and his team at AJB were the second bid we received. He wasn't the cheapest and he wasn't the most expensive, but he spent a lot of time with us and shared his vision of what our patio could look like. We were impressed with his ideas and knowledge. His vision was definitely more than I had envisioned for our patio and I loved his ideas. The company with the third bid spent time with us, but didn't give us the quality of service that we had received from Aaron. Their bid was a few hundred dollars more and since the service wasn't as excellent as Aaron's we opted to go with Aaron and his team at AJB. We almost didn't get the third bid because we were so impressed with Aaron and his vision, but opted to because the price between the first and second bids were so far apart. We thought a third bid would give us a better peace of mind with the expense. In the end you get what you pay for and we wanted a patio that was done correctly by someone who was knowledgeable even if it wasn't the cheapest. In our opinion cheaper isn't always better. My husband and I were a little surprised with the cost of a paver patio, it was about twice what we thought it would cost, but after watching the crew and seeing all the work involved we can understand it. We're so thankful we went with Aaron and his team. They were professional and very hard workers throughout the entire process. The crew took the time to make sure it was done right and was exactly what we wanted. With the Aaron's knowledge, skill and hardworking crew you won't be disappointed with AJB. My husband and I are so impressed with our patio, it makes us so happy every time we see it. We've shown it to our family and they are so impressed.

We shared this with Juan and from that point on he and his team kept our daughter at the forefront of every design and build decision they made. They were able to build us a beautiful fence that was safe, unclimbable and pretty much impenetrable. The cost was also very reasonable even during this crazy lumber boom. Finally, the crew were so kind and respectful. They worked so hard through cold and rain to get the job done and they left our yard better than they found it. Seriously, if you need a fence these are your guys.

I discovered Lionheart Fence Builders at a renovation show, they were the only fencing company…read morethere. We scheduled a time for Josh to come out and give me a quote and take a look at the current fence situation. I had a fence that had fallen twice and 40ish railroad ties that I wanted gone. The same day Josh came, I found out I needed a new roof, and he understood that it would take a precedent over the fence replacement. I had talked to a couple of other fencing companies but still came back to Lionheart. We appreciate a family-owned and local company. Josh worked with me and I was able to schedule the fence out a bit. When the time came to order supplies, I wanted a stain that wasn't one that was readily available and that was no problem, Josh got what I needed. Build day came and Josh showed up to walk the property and check-in. Jesus and team showed up and got right to work; they had the fence down and removed the railroad ties with a quickness. The ground ended up being rockier than they had anticipated and ended up taking a bit longer for them to get the posts in. They were extremely friendly and didn't mind my dog who wanted to come out and supervise. Jesus made a point to ask me any time there was something that might be an issue and ensured the hose was wound up and put away when they were done. On day 2, they ran out of boards to complete the fence and had to get more of the stain to stain the additional boards. They were back on day 3, finished up, picked up some of the last bits, and answered questions. The clear communication throughout the project was great and I would 100% recommend and use Lionheart again.
