I could lose days in this shop, and could probably get away with it if I hid in one of those gargantuan saucepans! They have almost everything a home cook, apprentice cook, startup food business or celebrity chef could need - and you'll see them in there! The only thing that they could do better is to have more edibles, particularly cake decorating supplies - I'd love to be able to hit up just one stop so close to the city for everything I need to build a cake.
