You can usually tell within the first 15 minutes whether a team knows what they're doing... and these guys absolutely did. The chefs were attentive, maticulous, calm under pressure, and extremely organized from start to finish. Nothing ever felt chaotic even with a full event going on around them. The food was excellent. Not just good catering food... actually memorable food. The presentation was outstanding and every station looked clean, polished, and thoughtfully put together. The live action Asian wok station was a massive hit with our guests and the food was delivered to our guests in Asian to go boxes with chop sticks. The Spicy Tuna hand rolls were incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared, and the Lobser Rolls were honestly some of the best I've had at a catered event. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked intentional and tasted fantastic. The bartender also deserves recognition because he worked nonstop the entire evening while somehow staying upbeat and friendly the whole time. Very attentive, happy, hardworking, and clearly masterful in his drink preperations. You don't always see that level of consistency during busy events. The servers were delightful as well... professional, warm, and always one step ahead without being intrusive. Overall this was one of the better catering experiences I've seen in a long time, and that's coming from someone who works in this industry every day.
