Kathy drove over 25 miles to deliver the food at no extra cost. The food was warm and ready to be eaten upon arrival. She even brought yummy arroz doce as a treat which was such a nice gesture and greatly appreciated. The food was truly DELICIOUS!! They sent me a contract, I filled it out, signed it and sent it back thinking everything was good, only to get a email back a couple hours later claiming they "already have 2 caterings that day". Why would you not know that before wasting everyone's time and sending over a contract? I think because you guys got a better deal that day after already signing with me. It's unprofessional and I would stay away from this company.
