I have to admit I was presently surprised with the dishes I ordered personally for Thanksgiving,…read moreeven though they weren't the typical Thanksgiving foods! Lol so I ordered the Jerk Chicken meal, comes with cabbage and rice, and I also ordered a side of sour cream mash potatoes. The portion size was great for a single person, and so this brings me to my next point. I'd definitely recommend this same meal and size if you were meal prepping and eating clean/healthy because it was perfect just for that! The rice was light and fluffy, nice texture and seasoning. The cabbage was also cooked greatly, not overcooked and soggy, but had excellent texture and seasoned nicely. The chicken was savory and not overcooked ". The jerk seasoning was spicy but not overbearing to where it's not enjoyable. My only critique is that having traveled to Jamaica in the past year, I would say make two options: Healthy version and Jamaican Store front version!! I'd love to try the store front version too! Great job overall. Oh, how could I forget the peach cobbler, one word BOMB!!

I came across this company one day by accident at Nutrishop and have been coming to them since…read more Make sure to place your order by Thursday to pickup on Sundays. I've gone through alot of meal prep companies and this is by far the best deal for me if you're into a bulk amount of food. They have options for meals put together for you as well but i like a bulk amount of protein to last me and putting my own meals together. The website has photos and nutritional facts for all meals. Protein, carbs, veggies and even some vegan and baked options. I got tired of my George Foreman during the pandemic and haven't cooked my own meals since. You can pickup every Sunday at their location and there's usually only 1 or 2 cars max ahead of you. The wait time is short and service is quick. Everything is brought out in Tupperware and secured. I've recommended so many people and first thing they said is "my photos don't do the food justice". As recently as Sunday i had a friend asking for bites of my chimchurri chicken. Use the Nutrishop promo code and try their meals out, you'll be pleasantly surprised

Perfect place to buy meal preps when you don't want to cook or prepare your own meals. You can also change the amount of protein you're getting to align with your weight goals, which I think is great. Staff is also very friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. The only downside for me, in my opinion, is that it can start to get pricey for someone who needs more meat and protein. But they are reasonably priced, however I would just rather prepare my own meals which I do not mind.

I wanted to give this place a try after noticing they advertised themselves as a healthy food establishment with high-protein meals. I ordered through a delivery app, and oh boy, the chicken inside the Caesar salad was extremely rubbery and slightly undercooked (pink) inside. You could tell they were using cheap, lower-quality chicken in the salad. I really wish I hadn't given Gainz a shot because my stomach and body reacted badly after consuming it. I really hope they step up and purchase chicken from a higher-quality store or farm. I'm not sure if their chicken was filled with antibiotics or hormones.

When I got home, I took a closer look, and the portions were extremely small for what I paid. Also, the taste is just not that great for what I paid.
