We almost missed the boat that leaves the dock at 6:30pm because we took an Uber and didn't realize it was during rush hour. NOTE: take public transportation to get here! The tram is easy! When we got on the boat we were welcomed with apple cider and a cheese/meat board. We then took the 45-60 minute journey to the island where we would be eating dinner. The weather wasn't the best (rain/cold) but that didn't ruin our experience at all! We got on the island and were shown into the bunker.. SO COOL! We then started our 5 course dining experience and we ended up going with the wine pairing as well. They allow you to walk the grounds, but because of the weather we didn't get a chance to do that. They also have a wine cellar which is pretty cool. After the meal, we went back on the boat for some cookies and coffee. Overall, I highly recommend this experience, especially if you are into food! It is such a fun dining experience, so unique! I think the one during the summer is WAY better just because of the weather and you get to eat in a greenhouse with the views.

The interior is hip and cool and its a shame that it cant stay. Well, at least we can enjoy it for eight months, because that how long they will be staying. When we came in the restaurant was almost empty but during the dinner the place got packed and all the tables were filled, even on this Tuesday night! You can order a la carte or the weekmenu (not a surprise menu). We ordered a la carte. The wine list is also quite big. I actually wanted a gin&tonic from the g&t bar downstairs but this is open only from Wens-Sun and it separate from the restaurant.. So we went with some wine and water. We got a starter from the house and some bread as well, which was kind. The food I had was all very nice and I enjoyed my dinner a lot. The staff was friendly and quick and it was a very nice evening. The dishes all looked great and delicious as well. The plates looks very nice. I suggest you make a reservation since this place is getting more popular by the day. Walking inn without one will probably be disappointing. This place is not cheap. For three courses each we paid about 40 euros a person. But if you get the week menu you pay 33 each. But still, its worth the price!
