The fact is she was in such a rush to boot it out of there she LEFT it at the event site. The owner of Boro only found out about this after we were asked to write a review for a different site and my husband unearthed the whole story. That review was the first that he had heard of it. Lee was very kind and very helpful but all in all a year and a half later we are the wedding where the photographer left her camera and we had to leave our Brunch to try and track it down. If you can work with someone more competent for your wedding I say go for it. Lee seems like a fair business owner and went out of his way to reach out to us.

They followed 200 cyclists around for 3 days and could not have been more fabulous; flexible and non-invasive to our personal space. We hired them for our wedding, and had our engagement session last night - we had so much fun! Amanda is relaxed and played into our silly side. I cannot wait to see how our photos came out. She recommended a change of clothes, which I was unsure of, but she helped us to pick 2 outfits and we ended up doing more formal portraits and some outdoor jeans and T-shirts shots too. She walked the venue with us to get some inspiration for our wedding day. The engagement shoot confirmed that Amanda is a perfect fit for us and she gets our 'vision' for our wedding photos. We could not be happier!

I wish I could give this photographer and her business more than five stars -- that's what a pro…read moreshe is! I first had the pleasure of working with her for a friend's wedding in New Hampshire. She directed every moment of the shoot, creating a comprehensive selection of photos to capture every possible moment. Her photo culling and editing timetable was amazing and my friend had photos in just a couple of weeks. When I reached out to her on my own behalf, the situation wasn't as joyful. I was left in the lurch by my own wedding photographer and had several thousand raw, unedited, and frankly underwhelming photo files to wade through. Erika was able to take my photos and almost completely transform them with her editing work in a little over a week. I'd been waiting nearly a year for my original photographer to do the work and when he disappeared, I'm so glad Erika was the backup. Her pricing is amazing and her work is impeccable. I especially love how she organized your gallery into sections with highlights, getting ready, ceremony, and reception all in order. She's been a dream to work with, friendly, responsive, and professional!

She is professional, considerate, extremely talented, and punctual. Our communication was open and clear, she took the pictures we had wanted, and sent us our album very promptly, and the pictures were breathtaking. If you've seen her website, you know she specializes in outdoor weddings, and she absolutely does the best job. Tears were in my eyes as we looked through our album as I saw our garden wedding as a picturesque fairytale. As it was, the weather was SO hot but she kept her cool and did amazing work and never let on if she was uncomfortable with the weather (which if she did, I would have understood, but she was a trooper!). She set up her own shots with our favors and wedding items and everything looked like it was in a dream. If you work with Erika, you will definitely be hiring the best photographer in the New England area, hands down. You definitely won't regret it! Erika, thank you for making our day a beautiful memory! Your wonderful photographs will adorn our walls happily ever after!

We didn't want to use just any regular photographer, we wanted a photographer whose niche was weddings. When we saw Scott's pricing and stunning photography, we were sold. I called him up, spoke on the phone with him, and then actually met with him with my mom, who happened to be in town then (we were going wedding dress shopping). Since we live in Connecticut and Scott is in NH, he actually didn't meet Jay until a month before the wedding when we all met up at the Shattuck to go over details and so he could actually meet Jay, in order to get a feel for his personality and to see how the two of us interact. My husband isn't the type of man who does well with posed photography, and with Scott's perspective and style of not doing poses photography, but capturing everything in the moment and as it happens, we definitely felt confident with our choice of photographer. He has a very calm presence, and is a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love our photos, and highly recommend him.

I hired charlesworks at the beginning of October to create my website (it is now March and I still…read moredon't have one). I thought I could trust him as I met him in BNI - WRONG! Not only is this company incompetent at creating anything other than a landing page with your business contact info, but they tried to claim copyright for the content I created when I had to hire a new web site designer who knew what he was actually doing (check their other Yelp reviews I guess this isn't a first). Contact me if you would like the contact info for the amazing web designer I have hired. I even had to do back-end work such as install plug-ins and troubleshoot them because their employees couldn't assist in remedying an issue I was having. They sometimes take days to respond and when you request they call you, they will still send you lengthy emails instead of just calling to answer your question (unlike their website which claims "we give all of our clients consistent, personal attention"). Their website (which should stand as evidence they are not great at creating websites as it looks to be made in 1990 and never updated) claims they can help large corporations. I was told I was the largest website they had ever worked on (in 20 years in business, wow that was shocking). My website would have hundreds of products but I was not asking for anything revolutionary. Additionally, when the new website designer walked me through all the issues charles left me with, one of the most concerning was there was no security on my website that would be taking customer payments. This was the most alarming to me as this should have been done at the very beginning stages. Charles also claims to be able to assist with SEO optimization, as indicated on his website and we discussed as well. When I told him at the beginning this was important to me he said "well it's just basically putting a lot of content on your site". While I knew this was part of it, I thought for sure there was more to it. Well - my new web designer showed me a lot of the backend work and intricacies related to SEO which was another indicator charles has no clue what he is talking about. I asked him for his education and experience credentials and he never responded back so, suffice it to say, this guy is a hobbyist trying to sell people his website design services which he has no business doing. I requested a concession on the amount I paid them because much of their work had to be redone and he hijacked my domain (and accused me of just trying to skip out on paying him). He also put his name at the bottom of my website like he created it even though I was the one who directed the color scheme, design, the logo was mine his company never assisted with any of that, even down to the font I wanted, and exactly how I wanted the header to lay out. I also input all the products/descriptions/parent and child categories, attributes, etc. During one conversation I was even told I needed to contact woo commerce - can you imagine being told that by a website designer you are paying? I need to call woo commerce to figure an issue out? Why am I paying someone if I have to do the work and figure things out, having zero experience in website design? He also goes around touting "websites for $500". Mine was estimated to be triple that which I was fine with but then I just was getting erroneous charges which I feel were fluffed just to get paid for additional hours such as connecting to a third party finance company taking 4 hours? I don't trust charles at all and I hope you heed my warning to find a different website designer as charles is incompetent and has no clue what he is doing. I had many attacks to my website and the site wasn't even being maintained. We found all kinds of issues when I hired the new web designer. He will steal your money and hold your website captive. RUN!! (Also to see he is a liar - check the first review - it was made by him and he is claiming he is as a third party helped by charles works - wow)
