One of the boutique shops in the Vines Village, Cheese & Cheers pairs New Zealand cheeses with whiskies. A perfect spot for a cheese tasting with a "wee dram" of this magic water. Not being a whiskey connoisseur, I let the young lady pick three and three cheeses to go with them. I ended up with a three perfect tastes. Just enough for one sip, one swill and one swallow of these amazingly delicious spirits that yes, did pair right on with three small bites of local cheeses.
