After 10 years putting on weight while trying different programs (Beachbody, Jenny Craig, Clean...)…read moreand consuming "healthy lifestyle" books, my willpower was gone. I started to think I needed to make peace with the fact I would be overweight for the rest of my life - what a depressing thought! One family reunion made me re-think that, and I vowed to make one less try. As a typical business consultant, I researched lots of local experts and started interviewing. The last thing I needed was a nutritionist, but there were so many reviews on Sheryl that I asked for a chat. Sheryl was immediately up for the challenge and spent 1hr on the phone explaining her approach to my particular case (completely different from all I had tried on my own). When she said she's available 24x7, I knew I had the right 'partner' to help me. I started going to Sheryl 5 months ago, and lost 90% of my target weight loss. My family and co-workers are astonished (and thinking I've been dying at the gym, but exercising will be my next focus!). When I look back 4 months ago, I can't believe where I am now. It was hard as hell, but now I can't think about living any other way except healthy. Reality is that weight loss was just one of the positive benefits Sheryl helped me with - she somehow changed my mind around and put me back in charge of my life. I do LOVE having lost the weight, but the most amazing thing is getting my confidence back and making healthy choices in relationships, career, family, work, eating etc. Sheryl was a miracle in my life!

I got my first - and only - colonic here....and let me say - it's not for the weak of heart!…read more I came here after visiting with Dr. Angie at the suggestion of a very bad person. She was sweet, seemed genuine, didn't tell me anything I didn't already know about myself. I left with a laundry list of supplements I needed in my life - to the tune of $400+. I'm all for holistic medicine and natural...ummm everything. But the colonic...well, not my cup of tea. It was uncomfortable at best. And the news delivered to me after said colonic left me feeling uneasy. I bought some skin care solution of some kind, some vitamins to help my heart and heard how she could help weight loss more than anyone else. I even bought GBF a gift certificate to get a colonic here...and he had the same reaction I did...ummmm...what?! I don't think Dr. Angie is in charge here. She seems to know her stuff, but be weary of those pushing you there.

Dr. Madigen-Fleck spends great time with you asking questions about your current diet, lifestyle and everything else most doctors don't think to ask. She really gets to know her patients and she truly understands ethnic skin which excites me because I've been to many who didn't!!
