The wonderful gentleman (Garland) told me that it normally takes about two weeks for them to make a banner. I only had a week and a half before graduation!! By the time we chose a design and made all the final changes to it, it was about a week left. He got it to me in less than a week!!! Garland is amazing to work with. Super friendly and willing to go that extra mile to make your special day super great!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Highly recommend Designs to Impress for all your graphic design work!!! Thanks Garland!!

I was looking for car magnets and a pastor friend recommended Instant Imprints who had done a…read morefabulous job with car magnets for their church. Initially we used Instant Imprints for car magnets, and now have used them to wrap cars (which look outstanding), print folders, brochures, etc. We are looking forward to having them do Nike caps and dog frisbees with our logo in the future. David and Kelly Boyle have been AMAZING. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and our desires. Their work has been top notch (the magnets still look outstanding after a couple years and people all across town comment on the great Crockett Doodles car wraps) and surprisingly reasonable. I don't even need to check around any more because I know that Instant Imprints beats everyone's prices (and I'm an extremely frugal person). Just one example (of many): Instant Imprints the vehicle wraps in a timely manner, for very reasonable, and do a great job. After the vehicle is done, I always offer to come to the store to pick it up, but David Boyle insists on driving it to my home (or the home of the employee receiving the car). When he's come to my house, I offer him a ride back to his office, but he has already called an Uber so that he won't inconvenience me. This is a company that goes above and beyond to serve the customer. We are thrilled to have an all-purpose print solution right here in the Greenville area. For value, quality, and service I HIGHLY recommend Instant Imprints.

Let me start off by saying this is not my first time dealing with screen printers. I reached out to PTT with a shirt design and initially went very smoothly....until the lack of communication started. I gave them specific details of how I wanted the shirt. I even asked them to create 1 proof, let me come look at it to approve, and then print the remaining shirts. I got a call friday saying all the shirts have been printed. When I asked why I never got to see the proof, they said the sticky note must of fell off the order. Hoping for the best I go look at the shirts. 19 out of 25 shirts were bad. All of the ink was distorted and crooked on the shirts. When i confronted the printer/manager he said that its normal and will retain its shape after its washed! you kidding?! I cant tell my customers to wash the shirts and they will go back to normal! They agreed to reprint the shirts. I was told I was going to have them Wednesday. Then Friday...still nothing, no call. I didnt receive the new shirts until the following thursday. All in all in took 3 weeks for them to print my shirts. The manger did not seem to care about quality, or their customers. They seem to just pump out reunion 2016 shirts. Im glad they fixed my order (eventually) but I will not go back to a company that does not have quality of their product as number 1 priority. Find a different one, there are lots in greenville.
