Julian Atkinson has been my dentist for over 25 years on and off now. I saw him as an NHS patient until my 18th birthday when I found I couldn't afford his services any longer. I've since had a few dentists but in June 2009 with a new dental insurance plan returned to Julian. His surgery is really rather inconvenient to get to if you don't live in the moorlands. It takes me about 40 minutes to get here from either Stafford where I work, or Newcastle where I live. His prices are undoubtedly high for dentistry but he is thorough in his work, I've never had a problem and I'm sure I've never paid for unecessary work. In fact Julian is BBC Radio Stokes on air dentist, so that should be an indicator of how good he is with all his patients. read more

Julian is a private dentist in the staffordshire moorlands. He is a dentist which puts you at ease, as soon as you are there. So the dentist is no longer something to fair. He is a lovely dentist to having and is very friendly. If you have a problem you know you can trust him to help or sort it out for you. Private dentistry will never be cheap but you know that he is not going to charge you more for treatment. He also provides NHS service for people up to 19 in full time education.
