    Company has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. After leaving many messages and speaking directly to individuals at the office I have still not received a callback. If this is considered good service I would hate to see what is bad service.

Prior captive Nationwide agent was not helping with ridiculous premium increases, and Tamara was able to get me pricing that was almost half the prior without lowering coverage. When a giant tree fell and my entire back yard was nothing but tree, the thing clipped the roof on the back of the house, huge mess, the adjuster wanted to allow something like $500 for tree cleanup, which no tree service would touch for less than many multiples of that. Tried to give me a hard time on cost of deck replacement, I wanted it restored to its exact prior condition vs some less expensive albeit same size option. Well my agent really went to bat for me, came out to my house, argued with adjuster, got it all settled including replacing the roof. How many agents do that? When you have a large, messy claim is when you find out what kind of agent you really have. Hope to never have another claim, but if I ever do I know she will be there for me. Highly recommended.

    I had a very unpleasant encounter with this company, and I am not even a client. This is the 2nd…read moretime in my entire life that I post a negative review about a business, I tend to focus on positives, but this got me all shaken up! I had an appointment at the dentist's and, unbeknownst to me, I parked in the area that was reserved for the business next door (CFI). The lot was almost completely empty, (evidently they don't have many visitors throughout the day, on any given day). There were signs, I didn't see them. They had my vehicle towed. I found myself stranded at the dentist's office. Managed to contact the towing company who told me I needed to pay cash and gave me their address (well, that what I thought) Had to walk to the nearest ATM, then called Lyft and ended up in a sketchy neighborhood, in the very back of a parking lot, walking through gravel. I was so scared, in broad daylight, felt like I was on the set of a horror movie and I have been all over the world! I kept looking back at the Lyft car, hoping it wouldn't leave right away, in case I needed to turn around and run! I even texted my husband my location in case something happened to me. There was no "proper" business there, just a tow truck and my car next to it. The guy was okay, I surrendered the cash and drove off. He later texted me a receipt. Back at the dentist's office, where I had left my kids, I decided to go to the next door neighbor. They were all smiles, so sorry for me, assuring me this had nothing to do with them and that they hadn't placed a call at all... except that the towing company had mentioned them to me and their address is listed on the receipt I asked for! The dentist office also confirmed that this happens all the time - in spite of the multiple signs... (did I pay the price for not paying attention!) In conclusion, I wouldn't do business with a company that looks at me in the eye and lies with a soft voice, and big smile on their face... to me, it's wicked!

    October 17 2017 my auto was totaled, made a phone call to the insurance company and the lien holder…read moreas well as made a call to the gap company to let them know what was going on so they can get this taken care of. The insurance company Westfield Insurance offered a settlement in the amount of $6300 and the gap company paid the remaining balance of $1600 I recieved an email from my insurance company with a copy of the check that was sent so I called my lien holder to make sure everything was satisfied and taken care of. Employee from Columbus Finance stated that I owed a balance of $142.08 because there was interested added AFTER a payoff was given to the insurance company. I have never been made aware of this via email, phone or mail that there was an amount due from Columbus Finance they told me that it wasn't their responsibility to make me aware of there being a balance owed. (they then reported this to my credit stating I am 90 days past due (again never was made aware of this until i called) insurance company asked for further information the lien holder refused and said it wasn't their responsibility for sending any further documentation. This company is a scam when it comes to the payoff of your loan they have several reviews about this same issue. The woman at the lien holders office even admitted that the interest was added after giving a payoff and letter of intent to the insurance and gap company. They don't even want to listen to this on the phone they laugh at you and just tell you that you owe the debt and that this is an daily interest loan( again I was never made aware of this or the daily interest amount). They are just waiting for this to pile up so you owe a bunch of money. This needs to be settled in full. I have contacted the BBB , the OHIO ATTORNEY generals office and now I want this off of my credit report as I am not 90 days past due and I don't owe this debt.The next step is going to be contacting an attorney to sue the company as well as the two individuals that were on the phone with me Donna, and Jim I believe where their names. They said it took 113 days to receive anything from the insurance company and that it needed to be paid in 10 days I have totaled a car before and it takes more than 30 days to get a check for a total loss, this isn't my fault if a payment isn't received as I am not in the office cutting the check or receiving the check. This needs to be disputed with the lien holder, insurance company, and gap company not me as I am not the one that has access to my account and the payoffs or interest on the account the lien holder does. I also financed Gap coverage in my loan so if something happened like this then my loan would be paid in full not be in this mess fighting back and forth with something that is out of my control.
